For the upcoming Cadaver Lab in Verona, scheduled for March 5th, 6th, and 7th, a special hotel agreement has been arranged for participants of the Cursos Internacionais de Cirurgia at PEX Hotel Verona.
When making their reservation, participants must contact the hotel directly and mention that they are entitled to the special rate as attendees of the Cursos Internacionais de Cirurgia.

The payment either of deposit or the full payment confirms your place and the corresponding anatomical specimen. A refund of this amount may only be requested within 90 days from the start date of the course. After this period, refunds will not be possible, unless a replacement participant is found, which can also be proposed by the participant wishing to withdraw.
Payment of the deposit via bank transfer, together with the request to settle the remaining balance in cash at the venue, shall be considered as confirmation of the reservation and as a commitment to pay the full amount due.
Therefore, even in the event of non-attendance or a “no-show”, the remaining balance will still be due.
Furthermore, an additional indemnity of €500 may be charged as a penalty for the inconvenience caused and for the inability to reassign the reserved spot.
