Marchio: “Cursos Internacionais de Cirurgia”, utilizzato in concessione dal Fornitore.
Studente / Corsista: il professionista che acquista e partecipa al corso.
Corso: attività formativa teorico-pratica, anche personalizzata e one-to-one, svolta in Italia o all’estero, come descritta sul sito, brochure o comunicazioni ufficiali.
OGGETTO
I presenti Termini e Condizioni disciplinano l’iscrizione, la partecipazione e la fruizione dei corsi di chirurgia orale, implantologia e discipline affini organizzati dal Fornitore, nonché le condizioni economiche, di annullamento, rimborso e riprogrammazione.
STRUTTURA DEL CORSO – SERVIZI INCLUSI ED ESCLUSI
Salvo diversa indicazione scritta, il costo del corso comprende:
corso settimanale o bisettimanale, personalizzato in base alle esigenze dello Studente;
utilizzo di impianti e materiali durante le chirurgie;
box personalizzata spedita a domicilio (se prevista);
attestato/diploma finale di partecipazione.
NON sono inclusi nel costo del corso:
voli aerei;
hotel o alloggio;
trasferimenti locali;
spese personali.
Il Fornitore può offrire supporto organizzativo, ma l’acquisto di voli e hotel è effettuato direttamente dallo Studente, che ne assume ogni responsabilità.
MODALITÀ DI ISCRIZIONE E CONFERMA DATE
L’iscrizione avviene generalmente secondo i seguenti passaggi:
a) definizione del percorso formativo personalizzato;
b) accordo sulle date del corso;
c) conferma della settimana tramite acquisto dei voli o versamento di un acconto;
d) eventuale invio box pre-corso;
e) saldo del corso entro 30 giorni dal primo pagamento, salvo diverso accordo scritto;
f) svolgimento del corso secondo programma concordato.
Per la specializzazione internazionale Biennale:
a) definizione dell’iscrizione;
b) versamento dell’intera quota del primo modulo via bonifico per conferma iscrizione;
c) eventuale invio box pre-corso;
d) svolgimento del primo modulo secondo programma concordato;
e) i moduli formativi successivi al primo saranno fatturati e saldati separatamente, modulo per modulo. Il pagamento di ciascun modulo dovrà avvenire prima dell’inizio del relativo modulo, secondo le modalità e le tempistiche comunicate dal Fornitore.
PREZZI E PAGAMENTI
I prezzi sono indicati sul sito, brochure o comunicazioni ufficiali e possono essere espressi + IVA al 22% se applicabile. Il pagamento può avvenire tramite acconto e saldo, secondo quanto concordato per iscritto. Eventuali commissioni bancarie o di pagamento sono a carico dello Studente.
OBBLIGHI DELLO STUDENTE
Lo Studente si impegna a:
fornire informazioni corrette e veritiere;
rispettare orari, regolamenti interni e norme di sicurezza delle strutture ospitanti;
attenersi alle indicazioni dei tutor durante le attività pratiche;
essere in possesso dei titoli professionali necessari per partecipare alle attività cliniche, assumendosene ogni responsabilità.
Comportamenti non conformi o pericolosi possono comportare l’esclusione dal corso senza diritto a rimborso.
MODIFICHE ORGANIZZATIVE
Il Fornitore si riserva il diritto di modificare programma, calendario, sede, tutor o modalità didattiche per esigenze organizzative, di sicurezza o cause di forza maggiore, garantendo un livello formativo equivalente.
POLITICA DI ANNULLAMENTO, RINUNCIA E RIMBORSI
La gestione del corso viene costruita sulle richieste e necessità dello Studente, sia chirurgiche che personali. Tuttavia, possono verificarsi imprevisti.
Annullamento con preavviso di almeno 120 giorni → rimborso del 100% dell’importo versato per il corso.
Annullamento con preavviso inferiore a 120 giorni → trattenuta del 50% dell’importo versato per il corso.
Annullamento con preavviso inferiore a 25 giorni → trattenuta del 100% della quota del corso.
Spese di viaggio, alloggio e personali non saranno rimborsate in alcun caso. L’importo dovrà essere richiesto alle relative agenzie o enti dai quali sono stati acquistati, ove previsto.
SPOSTAMENTO DEL CORSO
Lo spostamento del corso è sempre possibile e gratuito, anche con preavviso inferiore a 25 giorni, compatibilmente con la disponibilità di date e strutture.
VOLI E HOTEL
Voli e hotel acquistati dallo Studente dovranno essere rimborsati, se previsto, dalle rispettive compagnie o agenzie. Il Fornitore non è responsabile per penali, cancellazioni o mancati rimborsi di terzi.
RESPONSABILITÀ
Il corso ha finalità esclusivamente formative. Il Fornitore non risponde di danni indiretti o eventi imputabili a terzi o cause di forza maggiore, salvo dolo o colpa grave.
PROPRIETÀ INTELLETTUALE E MARCHIO
Tutti i materiali didattici, contenuti, immagini, protocolli e documenti forniti restano di proprietà del Fornitore e/o dei legittimi titolari. Il marchio “Cursos Internacionais de Cirurgia” è utilizzato in concessione ed è protetto. È vietata qualsiasi riproduzione o uso non autorizzato.
NOTE IMPORTANTI SUI CORSI
- Impostazione didattica (settimana / bisettimanale)
I corsi in formula settimanale o bisettimanale sono 100% pratici su paziente. Non è prevista una parte teorica strutturata con giornate dedicate. - Aspettative, numero e tipologia di interventi
L’organizzazione si impegna a fornire il massimo supporto possibile per soddisfare le aspettative dei partecipanti e per favorire un numero e una tipologia di interventi coerenti con il programma.
Tuttavia, numero, tipologia e disponibilità effettiva degli interventi possono subire variazioni e non dipendono esclusivamente da VIVI DENTAL CONSULTING SRLS: sono il risultato di un’organizzazione complessiva più articolata, che coinvolge anche le sedi operative (incluse quelle in Brasile), la disponibilità dei pazienti e fattori clinici/organizzativi. - Possibili variazioni e cause non imputabili all’organizzazione
A titolo esemplificativo, alcuni interventi o appuntamenti possono essere modificati, posticipati o annullati per motivi non prevedibili, tra cui (ma non solo): condizioni di salute dei pazienti, indisponibilità o rinuncia del paziente, imprevisti logistici, variazioni di agenda clinica, esigenze sanitarie e organizzative.
In tali casi l’organizzazione farà quanto ragionevolmente possibile per ridurre l’impatto sul percorso pratico del partecipante, nei limiti del contesto operativo.
PRIVACY
Il trattamento dei dati personali avviene nel rispetto della normativa vigente (Reg. UE 679/2016 – GDPR). Lo Studente dichiara di aver preso visione dell’informativa privacy disponibile sul sito.

Ogni comunicazione relativa a iscrizione, pagamenti, rinvii o annullamenti deve avvenire per iscritto via email.
LEGGE APPLICABILE E FORO COMPETENTE
Le presenti condizioni sono regolate dalla legge italiana. Foro competente: Bologna, salvo norme inderogabili a tutela del consumatore.

DEFINITIONS
Provider: VIVI DENTAL CONSULTING SRLS.
Brand: “Cursos Internacionais de Cirurgia”, used under license by the Provider.
Student / Participant: the professional who purchases and attends the course.
Course: a theoretical and practical training activity, including customized and one-to-one formats, held in Italy or abroad, as described on the website, brochures, or official communications.
SUBJECT MATTER
These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment, participation, and attendance of oral surgery, implantology, and related discipline courses organized by the Provider, as well as the financial terms, cancellation, refund, and rescheduling conditions.
COURSE STRUCTURE – INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED SERVICES
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the course fee includes:
weekly or biweekly course, customized according to the Student’s needs;
use of implants and materials during surgical procedures;
personalized box shipped to the Student’s address (if applicable);
final certificate/diploma of participation.
The following are NOT included in the course fee:
flights;
hotel or accommodation;
local transportation;
personal expenses.
The Provider may offer organizational support; however, the purchase of flights and accommodation is made directly by the Student, who assumes full responsibility for them.
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE AND DATE CONFIRMATION
Enrollment generally follows these steps:
a) definition of the customized training program;
b) agreement on course dates;
c) confirmation of the course week through flight purchase or payment of a deposit;
d) possible shipment of the pre-course box;
e) balance payment within 30 days from the first payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing;
f) course delivery according to the agreed program.
International Biennial Specialization Program
a) enrollment definition;
b) payment of the full fee for the first module via bank transfer to confirm enrollment;
c) possible shipment of the pre-course box;
d) completion of the first module according to the agreed program;
e) subsequent training modules will be invoiced and paid separately, on a module-by-module basis. Each module must be paid before the start of the relevant module, according to the methods and deadlines communicated by the Provider.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are indicated on the website, brochures, or official communications and may be expressed plus 22% VAT, where applicable.
Payments may be made via deposit and balance, as agreed in writing. Any bank or payment processing fees are borne by the Student.
STUDENT OBLIGATIONS
The Student undertakes to:
provide accurate and truthful information;
comply with schedules, internal regulations, and safety rules of the hosting facilities;
follow tutors’ instructions during practical activities;
hold the professional qualifications required to participate in clinical activities, assuming full responsibility for this.
Improper or dangerous behavior may result in exclusion from the course without any right to refund.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
The Provider reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, venue, tutors, or teaching methods for organizational, safety, or force majeure reasons, while ensuring an equivalent level of training.
CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL, AND REFUND POLICY
Course management is tailored to the Student’s surgical and personal needs; however, unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Cancellation with at least 120 days’ notice → 100% refund of the course fee paid.
Cancellation with less than 120 days’ notice → 50% of the course fee retained.
Cancellation with less than 25 days’ notice → 100% of the course fee retained.
Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are never refundable. Any refund requests must be submitted directly to the relevant agencies or providers, where applicable.
COURSE RESCHEDULING
Course rescheduling is always possible and free of charge, even with less than 25 days’ notice, subject to availability of dates and facilities.
FLIGHTS AND ACCOMMODATION
Flights and accommodation purchased by the Student must be refunded, where applicable, by the relevant airlines or agencies.
The Provider is not responsible for penalties, cancellations, or failure to obtain refunds from third parties.
LIABILITY
The course is exclusively for training purposes.
The Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages or events attributable to third parties or force majeure, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND
All teaching materials, content, images, protocols, and documents provided remain the property of the Provider and/or their legitimate owners.
The brand “Cursos Internacionais de Cirurgia” is used under license and is protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE COURSES
Teaching format (weekly / biweekly)
Weekly or biweekly courses are 100% hands-on on patients. A structured theoretical component with dedicated classroom days is not provided.
Expectations, number and types of procedures
The organization commits to providing the maximum possible support to meet participants’ expectations and to facilitate a number and variety of procedures consistent with the program.
However, the actual number, type and availability of procedures may vary and do not depend exclusively on VIVI DENTAL CONSULTING SRLS: they are the result of a more complex overall organization, involving operating locations (including those in Brazil), patient availability, and clinical/organizational factors.
Possible changes and causes not attributable to the organization
By way of example, certain procedures or appointments may be modified, postponed or cancelled due to unforeseeable reasons, including (but not limited to): patients’ health conditions, patient unavailability or withdrawal, logistical issues, schedule changes, and health/organizational requirements.
In such cases, the organization will do what is reasonably possible to reduce the impact on the participant’s practical training path, within the limits of the operational context.
PRIVACY
Personal data are processed in compliance with applicable regulations (EU Regulation 679/2016 – GDPR).
The Student declares having read the privacy policy available on the website.

PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO RECORDINGS
During the course, photographic and video recordings may be made for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Jurisdiction: Bologna, unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
